Join us for a relaxed and creative day learning the art of toothbrush (Amish) rag rug making โ a beautiful, practical way to breathe new life into old sheets or quilt covers!
In this hands-on workshop, local maker Jody Hezemans will guide you through the process of turning pre-loved fabric into a cosy bathmat, placemat, or even a pet bed. Itโs a great way to learn traditional techniques while reducing textile waste.
BYO:
Fabric scissors
Old sheets, doona covers, or cotton cloth you'd like to recycle

Enclosed protective shoes must be worn at The Tinkerage.

This workshop is FREE for residents living in the Shellharbour City Council area.
A $40 fee applies for participants from outside the area.
