Thu, 26 Nov, 7pm - 9pm AEDT

Description

Your brain has been hijacked by doom scrolling, comparison, urgency and dopamine hits that leave you flat, disconnected and creatively numb.

This workshop is your disruption point.

Create your own Slay Diary — part journal, part chaos book, part vision board, part nervous system survival kit.

A place for:
Rants.
Dreams.
Ideas.
Plans.
Receipts.
Tiny wins.
Big feelings.
Future self energy.

This is not a “perfect aesthetic journal girl” workshop.

This is for women who are tired of consuming everyone else’s lives and want to reconnect with their own thoughts, creativity and purpose again.

Cut things up.
Glue things down.
Make a mess.
Channel that rage!
