Coffee, Cocoa and Conversations: RAID SA re-launch with Emeritus Professor Randy Stringer
Event description
RAID is back in South Australia, and we’d love for you to come along to our first event in four years!
Join us for a relaxed evening of connection and conversation with thanks to RAID Network and Ag Institute Australia. Emeritus Professor Randy Stringer will share stories and reflections from his career in research in agriculture for international development, and we’ll screen two short documentary films featuring Randy’s work:
🎬 Cocoa Value Chains in the Pacific – highlighting efforts to strengthen local economies and trade through cocoa.
🎬 The Coffee Innovation Platform in Uganda – following the journey of coffee from Ugandan farmers to Australian consumers.
This event is a great opportunity to connect with others working or interested in international agriculture, and learn about some of the projects making a difference around the world.
