2024 Rainbow Families Christmas

RAINBOW FAMILIES CHRISTMAS RETURNS THIS DECEMBER

Thanks to the continued support of Loy Yang B Power Station, we are excited to bring back our very special Annual Rainbow Families Christmas Event!

Saturday 14th December from 12 Noon to 3.00 PM, we invite LGBTQIA+ Gippslanders, Families and Allies to come along for a very special Christmas event.

After visiting Wellington Shire and South Gippsland, we are so looking forward to coming to the Hub in Bairnsdale (East Gippsland).

Event details

We have a set amount of no cost tickets available for the LGBTQIA+ community and families. We do however welcome donations to help us with the costs associated with our activities - and your donation is tax deductible!

A limited number of low, cost-only tickets are also available for those for whom ticket cost in accessible.

The special day includes: 

• A traditional Christmas Roast Lunch with all the trimmings (and of course dessert too!)
• A visit from Santa and opportunity for family photos for you to keep
• Entertainment and maybe even some Christmas Carols

Doors open at 12 noon with lunch service from 12.30 PM and Santa's Visit from 1.30 PM, with activities ending at 3.00 PM

Important Information

• This is a secure event and registration is required for entry, catering and security purposes
• Limited spots are available, so please let us know if you can't make it so we can provide that spot to others
• Please ensure you advise any dietary and access requirements and we will do everything we can to assist your experience
• We will confirm bus/transport options as soon as possible and this will require separate registration.
