  • Synergy Styles

    Synergy Styles

Synergy Styles is the collaborative movement practice of Lilah (she/her) and Stephen (he/him) Gow. With extensive backgrounds in contemporary and street dance, they have created and are growing a body of work through their Synergy Styles Movement Meditation offerings an evolving practice devoted to embodiment, awareness and connection. Their sessions combine gentle facilitation, breath awareness, somatic exploration and music to create accessible spaces for all bodies, no dance experience required. Participants are invited to move at their own pace, listen inwardly and reconnect with their physical and emotional landscape. In retreat settings, Synergy Styles offers structured yet intuitive movement journeys that support nervous system regulation, creative expression and a deeper relationship with self and community.

  • Transition Breath

    Transition Breath

Joshua (he/him) from Transition Breath is a holistic psychotherapist and transpersonal breathwork practitioner, offering individual sessions, group workshops, and embodiment trainings in Australia and abroad. Since 2016, he has supported hundreds of people through their process of integration and self-discovery. Working through a trauma-informed lens, he supports the weaving together of mind, body, emotions and the spiritual dimension of one's experience, allowing for more softness, ease and peace in the lives of those he supports. Joshua's own process of integrating his queer identity as a gay man has allowed him greater freedom of movement and expression. His work with the LGBTIQA+ community, whether through individual sessions or Queer Breathwork, supports others to do the same. Joshua's practice is inspired by his experiences with Vipassana meditation, yogic traditions, earth-based and shamanic practices, and plant-medicine ceremonies. He has travelled to many parts of the world as a seeker of greater experience of self and the world's insight traditions.

  • Svadhyaya Collective

    Svadhyaya Collective

Hayden Crosweller Hayden (he / him) is a yoga teacher, facilitator, and the owner of Men’s Nude Yoga Canberra, creating welcoming spaces for men to connect with themselves, their bodies, and each other through yoga and mindful movement. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga in clothed and nude communities, Hayden brings a grounded and inclusive approach to his classes, drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin traditions. His teaching is less about achieving the “perfect” pose and more about developing body awareness, self-acceptance, confidence, breath, and connection. Hayden is passionate about creating a community where humans of all shapes, sizes and levels of experience can come together in a mindful, grounded and nourishing environment. Separate to his work as a yoga teacher, Hayden is a seasoned psychic medium and energy healer, dedicated to guiding people on their spiritual journey. With over a decade of experience, he bridges the gap between the physical and spiritual realms, offering profound connections with loved ones in spirit. Through his work, he empowers individuals to explore their spiritual potential, blending all his modalities to create a space for growth, healing, and profound self-discovery. So, come as you are, move with awareness, and discover what becomes possible when you feel more comfortable in your own skin. Lillace Mary Lillace (she / her) is an energy healer with over thirty years’ experience in a range of modalities, including Reiki and Sound Bathing. She is supported in her work by a line of powerful female energies; warriors and sages alike. Together Lillace and her Spirit team gently work to guide you towards your full potential and help you to stand in your own power and clear any obstacles that might be holding you back. Working with your energy centres Lillace can create a greater sense of being in the flow, whilst sharing messages from the Universe, your Spirit Guides and the loved ones that are often drawn by the beautiful energies awakened during a healing session. So, come and join Lillace as she helps to clear and align your chakras to provide you with a deep sense of well-being and calm.
