Rainbow Yoga Family Classes - Term 1
Event description
Join Rainbow Yoga for an interactive and joyful family yoga experience in Mullumbimby this Term 1!
Every Monday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, families are invited to connect, play, and grow together in a safe and inclusive space. Held at The Paddock Project, this 9-week program (from February 10 to April 7) is designed for families of all shapes and sizes—from babies to grandparents.
Rainbow Yoga, founded by Gopala Amir Yaffa, is renowned for its unique and transformative approach to yoga. Breaking traditional yoga molds, Gopala’s sessions are social, playful, and deeply engaging. His family mission centers around creating meaningful connections and promoting kindness, love, and community.
In each session, families will:
- Build resilience, emotional regulation, and respectful communication skills
- Explore yoga poses, stretching, and relaxation techniques tailored for all ages
- Strengthen bonds and create unforgettable memories together
No yoga experience is necessary—just a willingness to have fun and share quality time.
Cost
$150 for the full 9-week term (covers 1 or 2 parents, grandparents, carers, siblings, or other family members, and all kids in your family)
