Winter Solstice RainForest Yoga

Join Erin Widman and Deb Gauld Lash for a warm way to welcome in the winter. The first Rainforest Yoga class of the season. Join us in the warmth of Warner's Greenhouse for a morning of yoga, connection and sound. All levels welcome. Bring your open heart, desire for connection, and your inner light to share. Also bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, layers and anything else to support your ability to practice and lay comfortably on the greenhouse floor.
