Mr. Mikihito Ibaraki – Ibaraki Shuzo

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Mikihito Ibaraki, the man and the ninth-generation Toji behind the creations and brewing of Rairaku Sake from Ibaraki Shuzo. Born into the storied lineage of a sake brewing family, Mr. Ibaraki’s journey began in the serene ambiance of his family’s brewery. The son of a sake brewer, he was introduced to the intricate art of sake production from an early age. His path to becoming a “Toji”—a master brewer—was paved with both tradition and innovation.

Through Rairaku, he offers a sake that transcends the ordinary, inviting us to savor the extraordinary moments hidden within our everyday lives. In every bottle of Rairaku, one can taste the rich heritage, innovative spirit, and heartfelt passion that define Mr. Ibaraki’s remarkable journey.
