Opening & Intention Circle

Begin the evening with a grounding Opening Circle.

This will allow you to settle into the space, connect with the group, and set aligned intentions for yourself.

Voice Activation

We will then move into a collective Voice Activation. Through humming, toning and breath we will together prime our vessels for an even deeper experience ahead.

A powerful practice that will support you in being your own healer, as well as expanding your receptivity to the healing that you are about to receive.

Vibrational Medicine Journey

Lay down, get comfortable and let yourself be taken on a journey.

Lily’s angelic voice will carry you beyond this physical realm and Annika will share hands-on Reiki, while you will recalibrate your cells & energetic field.

This is a deeply healing experience, so trust and surrender.

Integration & Sharing Circle

Conclude your Sound & Reiki healing experience with Integration Circle.

It's so important to have time to integrate and reflect over your experience, that's when the deep shifts are happening. An opportunity to listen to the others in the group and be witnessed in your own experience.

We will share over herbal tea and some snacks to support your integration even more.

What to bring:

• Comfortable, warm clothing

• Water bottle

• Journal and pen (optional)

• An open mind

We will provide mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and refreshments.
