VOCAL MASTERCLASS WITH BRIGHT MATHONSI is a unique opportunity to sing with singer extraordinaire from Soweto, South Africa over a whole weekend on the 5th and 6th April. You are welcome to sing for one or both days in an unforgettable experience of uplifting harmony and joy!

SATURDAY 5th April 

10.15 am Arrival 

10.30 - 12.30 Sing 

12.30 - 2 Lunch (visit a close cafe or bring a picnic to enjoy in the Penbank grounds) 

2 - 3.30 Sing 

SUNDAY 6th April 

10.15 am Arrival 

10.30 - 12.30 Sing 

12.30 - 2pm  (visit a close cafe or bring a picnic to enjoy in the Penbank grounds) 

2 - 3.30pm Sing 

3.30 - 4pm Informal concert (invite friends and family or just enjoy singing through the new repertoire) 

BRIGHT MATHONSI 

Bright Mathonsi is visiting Australia from Soweto, South Africa to share his energetic teaching and performing as a part of RAISE YOUR VOICE. RAISE YOUR VOICE is a fundraising initiative by Khoza Entertainment (Valanga and Andrea Khoza), to raise funds for varying community projects in South Africa whilst leading their tour, TOUR LIMPOPO. This year, funds are going towards building a library in Valanga Khoza's primary school, Nkowa Nkowa Primary School, Limpopo Province. Bright has performed and toured the world as a singer and dancer with South Africa's UMOJA, aswell as performing internationally with many South African choirs and shows. He brings a wealth of expertise and passion to share. Bright joined Valanga and Andrea Khoza's, TOUR LIMPOPO 2023 & 2024, as the vocal workshop facilitator, and will join TOUR LIMPOPO 2025 again to continue to spread the joy! If you would like to feel the power, connection and emotion of the human voice, do not miss this opportunity! No singing experience needed.
