A conversation on creativity – a critical skill of the future that girls need to thrive.

Every girl is born creative. Somewhere between childhood and adolescence the fear of getting it wrong gets louder - and most girls stop putting their hand up.

This conversation is about understanding that shift, and what you as parents and teachers can do to nurture and protect it. Because creativity isn't just about self-expression. It's how girls process what's going on inside them, build confidence, and develop the kind of original thinking that no algorithm can replicate. The World Economic Forum also ranks creativity as one of the top four most critical skills of the future.

This event is presented by M-POWER, MECCA’s movement to advance gender equality, and The Flourish Journey, one of Australia's most trusted preventative mental health charities supporting teenage girls.
