Description

Throughout the Inner Voice Series we’ve explored the everyday moments where identity forms through pressure, comparison, mistakes, feedback, and struggle.

In this closing event, we bring the pieces together and introduce the broader philosophy behind this work.

You’ll learn:

  • How the Inner Voice Framework™ helps children develop a healthy relationship with themselves.

  • Why identity strength matters as much as resilience in modern childhood.

  • The role of parents in shaping the inner voice children carry into adulthood.

  • How the Three Pillar Developmental Model™ supports balanced development between resilience, authenticity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Because the goal of parenting isn’t just raising capable children.

It’s raising children who stay connected to themselves while they grow, learn, and succeed.

FAQs

  • Who is this event for?

These sessions are designed for parents and carers of primary school aged children, as well as educators and anyone interested in understanding how children develop resilience, identity, and their inner voice during the primary school years.

  • Do I need to attend the whole Inner Voice Series to benefit from this event?

No. Each event in the series stands alone and can be attended independently. However, together they build a deeper understanding of how children’s inner voice develops and how adults can support it.

  • Are the sessions practical or mostly theory?

Each session blends research insights with practical strategies you can use straight away. The goal is to help adults better understand what is happening beneath children’s behaviour and to offer tools that support healthy emotional development.

  • What age group do these sessions focus on?

Most sessions focus on children aged 7-12 years during their primary school time, when beliefs about identity, capability, and resilience are still forming. However, many of the insights are relevant for supporting children of different ages.

  • Do I need any prior knowledge before attending?

No prior knowledge is required. The sessions are designed to be accessible and engaging whether you are new to these ideas or already interested in child development and wellbeing.
