At RALLY4EVER, we strive to create an inclusive, supportive, and enjoyable community through physical activity, connection, and shared experiences. 

To uphold these values, all RALLY4EVER Personnel, including volunteers, program coaches, Board members, paid staff and interns, as well as Third Parties, including consultants, partners and event attendees, are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1.  Respect for All

Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, abilities, or opinions

Avoid discriminatory language, actions, or behaviour

2.  Positive Communication

Communicate openly and respectfully with everyone

Address conflicts or concerns constructively and avoid any form of harassment

3.  Safety First

Prioritise the physical and emotional well-being of yourself and others during activities

Follow all safety instructions provided by organisers and report any hazards or concerns

4.  Team Spirit

Support and encourage fellow participants, promoting inclusivity and camaraderie.

Celebrate collective achievements and foster a sense of belonging

5.  Fair Play

Participate in activities with honesty and integrity, respecting the rules and decisions of organisers

Demonstrate thoughtfulness for participants and event organisers, while refraining from any unsportsmanlike behaviour

6.  Community Engagement

Actively contribute to the positive atmosphere and mission of RALLY4EVER

Grievance Procedures

• A breach of the RALLY4EVER Code of Conduct may result in being asked to leave the event, or session.

• Any breach of the RALLY4EVER Code of Conduct should be reported to the designated Manager/Coach

• Should the breach be sufficiently serious, further action may be taken against the participant. Disciplinary action may include (but is not limited to):  

• Counselling

• Requiring a formal apology

• Conciliation/mediation conducted by an impartial third party

• Training on expected standards of behaviour

• Verbal or written warning

• Termination of employment, with or without notice 

• I hereby waive and release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge RALLY4EVER , and its agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, coaches and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, cause of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, of every kind of nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any of the events or activities conducted by or for the benefit of, RALLY4EVER, provided that this Waiver and Release does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, wilful or wanton misconduct.

• I understand that the activities, in which I will participate, may be inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/ or death. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, administrators, executors and next of kin, I waive all claims of damage, injuries and death sustained to me or my property, that I may have against the aforementioned release party to such activities, including claims in tort, contract, equity or otherwise.

• By this Waive and Release, I assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury; death, damage, or loss of personal property, associated with RALLY4EVER, including but not limited to using its equipment in any manner, form or fashion.

• I acknowledge, agree and represent that I understand the nature of RALLY4EVER, I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately stop further participation in this activity

• If required, RALLY4EVER will arrange medical or hospital treatment (including ambulance transportation) for me. I authorise such actions being taken by RALLY4EVER and agree to meet all costs associated with such action.

• I will at all times comply with the instructions and safety procedures of RALLY4EVER. RALLY4EVER reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from the venue or event for any breach of the policies or any other reason deemed appropriate. I am responsible for any damage to the equipment which I may cause due to negligence

• I am responsible for my own property at all times. RALLY4EVER does not accept any responsibility for any property that is stolen, lost, or damaged at the venues. 

Photo Release 

1. I acknowledge and agree that RALLY4EVER may capture photographs and videos of participants during tennis and pickleball sessions and at events. By participating, I grant RALLY4EVER, its representatives, volunteers and employees the right to use, reproduce, and publish these images and recordings in any media format, including but not limited to online platforms and social media, for promotional, advertising, and other business purposes.

2. If I wish to opt out of having my image used, I understand that I must provide a written notice to RALLY4EVER prior to participation, specifying my request to exclude my likeness from such media. In the absence of such written notice, I waive any rights to inspect or approve the images or videos before they are used and release RALLY4EVER from any claims arising from their use.

Data Collection

I recognise that RALLY4EVER will store information about my attendance at their programs and other demographic and operational data. I give RALLY4EVER permission to use my information in a way that assists them to improve their programs and meet reporting obligations to government and other funders. I understand that when doing so my identifiable information (phone number, email address, name) will not be included in any data sets shared outside of RALLY4EVER, such as funder reports, without my express permission.
