Public Hearing Registration

The Sydney South Planning Panel is holding a public hearing on the proposed reclassification of council-owned land at 197R Rocky Point Road, Ramsgate, as part of planning proposal (PP-2023-2881).

The Public Hearing will help determine how the public land can be occupied and managed and is separate to the exhibition of the planning proposal which has now concluded.

Community members are invited to attend and register to speak at the hearing, which will be conducted by an independent chair on behalf of the panel.

Date: Thursday, 29 October 2026

Time: 3 pm to 7 pm

Location: The Grange Room, St George Leagues Club, 124 Princes Hwy, Kogarah NSW 2217

*Note this is a ticketed event and only community members with a valid ticket will be permitted entry.
