Ranger Guided Nature Discovery Walk at Belair National Park

Join a National Parks and Wildlife Service Ranger for a guided nature discovery walk through the beautiful bushland of Belair National Park.

Explore one of South Australia's oldest national parks and learn about its unique plants, wildlife and natural history. As you walk, your ranger will share fascinating insights into the park's ecosystems, conservation efforts and the species that call Belair home.

Whether you're a keen nature enthusiast or simply looking to enjoy time outdoors, this guided experience offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and discover more about Belair National Park, hopefully spotting some wildlife along the way.

*Vehicle entry to the park is free for registered attendees. You will however need to provide your vehicle registration plate number when completing checkout and advise the staff at the ticket booth that you are attending the event on arrival to the park.

Accessibility

This activity will involve walking on and off walking trails that maybe uneven. It is not recommended for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility.

What to Bring:

• Enclosed, sturdy walking shoes

• Weather appropriate clothing, including sun protection

• Drinking water (minimum 1L per person)

• Any personal medications

• Insect repellent

• Camera and Binoculars (optional)

• Belair National Park may be closed on days of Catastrophic Fire Danger and may also close during other hazardous weather conditions. Should the event be cancelled, attendees will be notified via Humanitix.
