Creating a healthy space for creatives and their wellbeing

In 2025, Regional Arts NSW is running a monthly program of online industry workshops to provide regional artists and arts organisations with advice and guidance.

Aimee Davies from Hey Mate set up Hey Mate to make sure that those working in the arts and creative industries could access industry-specific help with mental health, wellbeing and workplace safety. She will lead participants through ways of supporting their own wellbeing.
