Travel instructions

By train, Katoomba is 2 hours from Sydney Central. Travelling from Sydney Domestic Airport, it's around 2.5 hours. By car, allow 50mins drive from Penrith, or 1hr 45mins from Sydney CBD. It is 2 km from Katoomba Station, around 25 mins walk. Please note these times are a guide only and you are advised to check road and traffic conditions and/or train timetables on your date of travel. Free 4-hour and all-day parking is available at the facility carpark at the rear of the building (access via David Rd).

Katoomba High SChool is fully wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities and a lift to all floors. Locations are well signposted.
