Join us for the second annual Radical Adventure Riders Northeast Autumn Retreat: a long weekend full of workshops, group rides, shared meals, community building, bike skills, and joy! You will find us snuggling by the bonfire, practicing our gravel riding skills, and creating life-long friendships.

What's included with your RAR NAR ticket?

• 3 nights of tent / hammock camping

• Communal meals from lunch Friday to breakfast Monday

• Optional daily yoga sessions and group rides

• Interactive workshops led by trans, women and non-binary individuals within the cycling community

• Keynote speech

• 120+ new friendships and countless opportunities for fun!

Tickets are limited and are first come, first served. Once all tickets are sold, you will have the option to add your name and contact information to a waitlist.

Ticket prices are on a sliding scale— pay a little extra to support another attendee, or pay a little less if you need that support. We trust you to self-select the identity and pricing that feels most appropriate for you.

• BIPOC/Trans/Nonbinary Ticket ($150 with the sliding scale going up & down from there)- This ticket is for individuals who identify as BIPOC, Trans, or both. If this describes you, please select this ticket type!

• General Admission Ticket ($175 with the sliding scale going up & down from there)- This ticket is for everyone else who fits within the gender demographics of this retreat.

The reason we are offering ticket to BIPOC/trans/nonbinary folks first, and offering slightly cheaper ticketing prices for these folks as well, is to reduce historical inequities in the cycling industry. We are committed to making RAR NAR a welcoming space that prioritizes access, especially to those who haven't always been welcome in outdoor spaces.

Cost Concerns: If this event is financially inaccessible to you, but you are interested in attending, please reach out to us at rar.champlainvalley@gmail.com to discuss options. We want you here!

Waitlist: Each ticket type has a waitlist, that will become available as soon as that type of ticket sells out. If you would like to join the waitlist, please add your information and we will notify you if a spot opens. If you are BIPOC and/or trans, please check to see if there are General Admission tickets still available— if there are, you can e-mail us for a discount code to still receive the BIPOC/Trans ticket price. (or select from the scale available to GA if there's a price there that feels good to you)

Refund Policy: If your plans change after purchasing a ticket, you will be able to get a 100% refund up to 6 weeks before the event (August 7th). 50% refunds will be offered until 1 month before the event (August 18th). This gives waitlisted individuals enough time to plan for attending the retreat.

In addition to refunds, you also have the ability to resell your ticket through the Humanitix platform. This is a great option if you have a friend who would like to attend in your place!

For any additional questions/ concerns about our refund policy, please e-mail rar.champlainvalley@gmail.com.
