Rat Klub Comedy is an artist run, independent Monday night comedy room hosted by the grungiest dive bar on King St. Newtown.

Run by dynamic comedy duo: Blake&Kodi. Rat Klub boasts big names like Aaron Chen, Sam Campbell, Becky Lucas, John Cruckshank, Tom Cashman, Danielle Walker, Michael Hing and more.

It's a night for the big dogs to try new and the little-medium dogs to give their best.

Rat Klub is distinct from other Sydney comedy nights as they delve into the more whimsy world of comedy with reoccurring concept comedy nights such as Comedy Zoo, where the room is taken over by zoo keepers who are trying to raise funds by doing comedy for their failing zoo. There's lore if you want to get into it, with reoccurring characters such as the Mayor of Rat Town and Lady Librarian from Book Week, Halloween, Christmas and Pride specials.

Running for 5+ years, it's a comedy club for all shapes and sizes and ensures quality line-ups of comedians every week and for $10-12 a ticket you'd be silly to not come along!
