About this Event

5 Whys & A3 - VIRTUAL COURSE (2 x 3.5hr Sessions)

Our well established 5 Whys & A3 (5YA3) course is easier to access than ever before. Once the COVID-19 pandemic is behind us, we'll retain both the face to face & virtual course options and both versions of the course will include training on the RCA2Go softare.

Even better, with the virtual course there are no travel expenses / accommodation / parking / meals involved. It doesn't matter whether you are in an office at work, in a remote location, at a restricted access site, working from home etc

NOTE: SIX MONTHS FREE ACCESS to RCA2Go software is now included for each 5YA3 course participant.

The software is fantastic and we've embedded it into the training to ensure you have the best experience possible and gain genuine business benefit for your company and your personal development.

This course is delivered across two sessions (Thursday & Friday same week).

Course delivery includes a highly interactive mix of powerpoint slides, video's, group discussion, breakout sessions and software training.
