Speaker - Adrian Harrington
Adrian has 33 years of experience in funds management, real estate, government, and the not-for-profit sectors across Australia, the UK, and the US.
He is currently Chair of Charter Hall Direct Property Management which oversees $10bn in real estate funds, Chair of Inclusive Housing Australia’s Specialist Disability Accommodation Investment Committee, Non-Executive Director of the ACT Government’s Suburban Land Agency, NSW Chair of Housing All Australians and a member of the University of Canberra's Development and Planning Committee.
Appointed by the Federal Government, Adrian is the former Chair of both the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (now Housing Australia) and the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI). He also held senior positions at Charter Hall, Folkestone, Mirvac, Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin and the Property Council of Australia.
Adrian is an Honorary Life Member of the NSW Division of the Property Council of Australia.
Our Club Breakfast venue is moored at the King St Wharf in front of Bungalow 8, Lime St, which is a 7 minute walk through the pedestrian walkway from Wynyard station. Please note we don't leave the wharf.
