Re-Connector December 2026

Re-Connector is an opportunity for Connectors to debrief, connect with other volunteers, and refresh their skills in a safe, confidential environment. The session will revisit the TALK model and provide space for sharing experiences, discussing self-care, and strengthening support networks.

  ONLINE SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  All participants must agree to the following:

  • The session will be held via Zoom. A link will be sent upon registration.

  • Participants must remain online for the full session.

  • If a participant needs to step away (bathroom break, urgent call), they must use the "thumbs up" reaction or notify the facilitator in chat.

  • If a participant disconnects and does not return within 5 minutes, a follow-up call will be made to check on their wellbeing.

  • Participants are encouraged to be in a quiet, private space with access to a headset or earphones.

  • Camera use is strongly encouraged to support engagement and safety.

A certificate will be issued via MATES toolbox app once the session is completed.
