Re/discover Community-Led Development in Eltham

Monsalvat is an artists' colony in Eltham on five hectares of land, while Brougham Street Cohousing is a resident-led community building near Diamond Creek. There will be tours with project directors at both Monsalvat and Brougham St on Sunday. Come to one or come to both to re-discover the parallels between Monsalvat’s artist community in the 1920s and the Brougham Street Cohousing resident community now.
