Description

Coming home after incarceration is more than a physical return. It is emotional. It is spiritual. It is relational. It is a journey back to yourself, your people, and your purpose.

The Preserving Black Families Program invites those re-entering after incarceration and their loved ones to join us for Coming Home to Self, a culturally grounded healing series created to hold space for truth-telling, restoration, and rebuilding.

Facilitated by Katurah Bryant and Nadir of The Zola Experience and hosted by The Therapy Fund Foundation. This four-part series introduces participants to the ZOLA Method. This is a powerful, reflective framework designed to help you manage stress and triggers while unpacking how life experiences, separation, loss, and systemic harm have shaped your self-perception, your family relationships, and your place in community.

This is not just a workshop. It is a space to reconnect. To grieve. To release. To rebuild. To imagine forward.

Whether you are navigating re-entry yourself or walking alongside someone you love, this space is for you. Together, we will preserve, strengthen, and honor Black families by creating room for healing, accountability, and collective growth.
