A participatory journey to explore how we can restore ourselves, our relationships, and the land.

No previous experience is needed. The workshop is open to anyone curious to explore restoration through body, community, and ecology.

We cannot heal one without the others. 🌍💚

🤝 RECONNECTING

To ourselves, to others, and to the more-than-human world.

🌀 Inside: Feldenkrais, ecopsychology, and embodied awareness.
🌿 Outside: ecosomatic and nature-based practices, connection, and community.

🐾 REWILDING

Restoring the wild inside & outside.

🔥 Inside: movement, play, exploration, and reconnecting with our instinctive and curious bodies.
🌊 Outside: caring for wild places through concrete ecological action, including river and land restoration.

🌾 REGENERATING

Restoring through care, nourishment, and meaningful work.

🍎 Inside: mindful eating, rest, local food, and reflection on our relationship with animals and food systems.
👐 Outside: hands-on work on an ethical farm, connecting with the land through effort, care, and participation.

⛺ Practical Info

🌳 Camping is available in a private garden with ancient trees.
🌙 You can arrive before the workshop for the Community Gathering and stay after the workshop for the Research Gathering.
🥕 Food will be self-organised individually or within the community. You will have access to a shared fridge, tables, dishes, and common spaces.
✨ All workshop activities are included.

🌙 PRE-EVENT COMMUNITY GATHERING

Optional · 15–16 October

You’re welcome to join us from 18:00 on 15 October and spend the 16th together, landing, slowing down, getting to know each other, and meeting the local community. 🌿 In the evening, we will share a community-based game and gathering. 🔥The aim of this time is to create a soft, horizontal space to connect, arrive gradually, and begin building relationships before the workshop starts. 🤝✨

Towards the Development of an Integral Approach to Restoration

The aim of these days is to go deeper on a professional and research level, exploring how we can create integral interventions connecting personal, community, and ecological restoration. 🌍🧠🌿

We will explore three interconnected fields:

Exploring regenerative relationships with land, food systems, farming, and ecological care.
