The current situation is unique in our lifetime as not only are you thinking about how your business needs to change, but your customers, suppliers and your people are also re-thinking what value means to them. This is happening globally, right now.
There is a window of opportunity now to Re-Imagine, to re-evaluate and to Re-Invent your business for a more sustainable future.
This half day workshop is designed to give you, the framework and tools to re-think your business.
This workshop will be a catalyst that will enable you to generate new thinking about the value your business creates and how you make it happen.
Bring at least one member of your team and more (max 4 in total) to experience this session together and start to co-creating the new future together.
During this workshop you will:
- Review your business model, deciding what to jettison, what to keep and what to add.
- Review the markets within which you play, what needs to change
- Review the relevance of the value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change
- Review if and how your brand messaging needs to change
- Identify what systems and processes need to change
- What capabilities you need to add to have a ‘friction-free’ relationship with your ideal clients
- What you will NOT go back to.
In short you will view your business as if it were a start-up - but now with the benefit of the hindsight that your years of experience bring.
You will leave this workshop with clarity about what needs to change, how you will make the changes and the timeframe. From this you will be able to re-invent, turn these ideas into a strategic plan.

This workshop is designed for the CEOs of medium sized private companies and the heads of divisions of larger organisations who seek to:

- Ensure your Leadership Team is focused on, manage and measure the right things.

Re-Imagining value requires your team to be on-board, bring at least one member of your Leadership Team, or better yet bring one of the ‘mavericks’ in your organisation who thinks differently. One ticket includes 2 seats, additional seats can be purchased up to a maximum of four attendees per company.
What’s included:
- A seat for the CEO and one other team member, additional ‘seats’ can be purchased up to a maximum of four attendees per company.
- All tools, templates and workbooks are available in soft copy on the day.
- Preparatory work sent to you at least 7 days prior.
- Timing: 8.30am for an 8.45am sharp start, close at 12.30pm.
- The workshop will be conducted online via zoom.
- There will be learning in groups and then space via ‘break-out’ rooms to work on your own business in private.
Investment:
The investment for the CEO and one additional team member is $500+ GST (2 seats) , additional seats can be purchased for $300+gst each.

The Facilitator

Anthony Moss helps build great businesses. Working with CEOs and boards of directors, he helps invigorate a company’s vision for growth, energise their management team, set their business model and strategy, and helps them prepare for global expansion.
In a corporate and consulting career spanning more than 27 years, Anthony has helped more than 100 medium to large private companies and associations. He takes clients through a rigorous review, engaging management, staff and customers to craft a new vision of growth for their business.
His expertise comes from experience. Before establishing his management consulting business, he worked in the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia in services, manufacturing and distribution industries, holding CEO and director positions. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on a range of business growth topics.
For 3 years up to December 2017, Anthony was the Chairman of the Sydney Hills Business Chamber -one of the most dynamic business chambers in Australia.
Anthony is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors course and Chairs a number of client Advisory Boards.
