Event description

Not only are you thinking about how your business needs to change, your customers, your people and your suppliers are also re-thinking what value means to them. This is happening globally.

In this time of high uncertainty everyone is questioning, exploring, looking for certainty. There is also an understanding that we are in a state of flux.

There is a window of opportunity now to Re-Imagine, to Re-evaluate and to Re-Invent your business for a more sustainable future.

These 2 X half day workshops will be a catalyst, providing the tools and framework that will enable you to generate new thinking about the value your business creates and how you make it happen.

During the workshops you will:

  • Re-Imagine your business model, deciding what to shed, what to keep and what to add.
  • Re-Imagine the markets within which you play, what needs to change.
  • Re-Imagine the relevance of the value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change.
  • Re-Imagine your brand messaging needs to change.
  • Re-Imagine your systems and processes.
  • Re-Imagine the capability you need to ensure ‘friction-free’ relationships with your ideal clients.
  • Determine what you will NOT go back to.

Workshop 1 is about Re-Imagining, where you will explore new possibilities, imagining your business as if you were starting over but now with the benefit of your years of experience.

Workshop 2 occurs a few weeks later and is about prioritisation and execution. After digesting the ideas from Workshop 1 this session is about committing to take action, deciding what new ideas to implement, how and by when.

At the conclusion of workshop 2 you will have clarity about what needs to change, how you will make those changes and the timeframe for implementation.
