Re-Nourish in the Botanical Gardens this October with a series of pop-up classes that support your wellbeing thanks to the support of Living Well and Living Well Seniors.
Join Nature Therapist Maxine Difabrizio for a 60-minute Nature therapy session next to the open lawn and picnic shelter - no previous experience necessary.
What to expect: Join us for Tree Bingo – a fun, mindfulness activity in nature! Collect your bingo card, explore alone, in pairs or small groups, and see how many natural treasures you can spot. This one-hour session begins with a short, guided introduction and mindfulness exercise and then invites you to slow down, connect with the environment, and notice the little details that make the natural world so special. Suitable for all ages!

Parts of the session may at times be in the sunlight. Please ensure you bring a hat and suitable clothing / sun protection as well as refillable water bottle for your comfort.
