Event description

Bring your relational, reparenting, and/or parenting challenges for a time of learning, collaborative problem solving, and mindful practice.

Reparenting impacts all of our relationships including the relationship with: ourselves, family members, friends, co-workers, and even strangers. This practicum will give you a place to receive support, learn tools, and begin to practice the skill of reparenting. Recognizing with compassion, the parts of us that need support or (re)parenting is the first step.

Learn:

- Tools for you own personal evolution

- Solution oriented skills for your inner work

We will:

- Gather participant challenges at the beginning of the practicum to see if there are themes or overlapping challenges

- Give information and tools that are relevant to the challenges presented

- Practice partnered listening exercises if time allows

Potential topics:

- Trauma

- Boundaries

- Community

- Curiosity

- Autonomy

Our Key Intentions:

- Offer tools to (re)parent with self-awareness

- Treat people with grace and love

- Build community through learning and understanding

Everyone is welcome.

WHO: Kim Holman & Meg Judge

Kim Holman is a mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and bodyworker for 30 years and recognizes the importance of supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects as well as the physical, in all she does. Kim continues her studies of the body, mind, and spirit, and has a great thirst for knowledge. One could describe her need to gain knowledge as borderline obsessive. These include a 24- week Empath Course, a 3-week boundaries course, and a (Re)Parenting Empowerment course cocreated with Meg to support others in better knowing themselves and making conscious choices.
