Whether you are looking for information for you or someone you know - EACH Carefinder Service Connect program can assist. They provide support for older people to access aged care services and access other relevant supports in the community. Chat to them on the train anywhere between Moss Vale and Yerrinbool or have a chat over morning tea at the Creative Space Day! 

Relaxed Workshop: Reflective Writing with Jess 

Explore some simple and reflective life writing exercises to help you document precious life events and memories. This is a chance to look back at and celebrate the most meaningful times of your life in a supportive environment. 

Vinnies’ Creative Space outreach at Yerrinbool is on the second Wednesday of each month.
