Join us for an intimate evening of reading, drinks and optional conversation at vibey basement bar, Bar Clara in Melbourne CBD. It’s our last gathering here before we return after summer, so come along, put your phone away and enjoy an uninterrupted hour with your book and a little intentional time for yourself.

This is not a book club. There are no assigned chapters and no homework. Just you, your book (or e-reader), and the simplicity of making time to read while being around other people doing the same.

Tickets include a select wine, beer , cocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage.

How it works:
It’s simple. Bring a book of your choice, settle in with a drink and read. Once reading time is over, you're welcome to chat and make some new friends if you feel like it.

Bar Clara is a luxurious cocktail bar in central Melbourne, known for its lush interior and famous cocktails. Please note that Bar Clara is a basement venue accessed via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
