Ready SET Drag is taking over Two80 Cabaret for a night of Drag King performance, interactive games, audience participation, dinner, cocktails and plenty of surprises.

Following the success of a sold-out Ready SET Drag Cabaret in Gosford, the Sydney edition brings together a new cast of Kings ranging from experienced performers to newer and emerging talent, all ready to hit the stage with their own style, character and energy.

After a four-part workshop series, the cast steps into the spotlight with a show that mixes cabaret with the chaos of a game show.

Expect fierce performances, ridiculous challenges, audience games and PRIZES TO BE WON! And don’t be afraid — no one is getting dragged onstage against their will.

Only willing participants will be invited up to play.

Featuring Drag Kings from across Sydney:

Boye Sivan, Jobbo, Boy Michael, Sir Cumference, Dandy Warhol, Mayelle Gayze, Cherry Packer and Atlas Wild.

From camp and comedy to lip-sync, character, swagger and theatricality, Ready SET Drag celebrates the variety of styles and experience within Sydney’s Drag King community.

HOSTED BY SEXY GALEXY

Hosting the night is Sexy Galexy — Australia’s Original Glamourboi.

With more than 30 years in drag, Sexy Galexy is a performer, host, DJ, producer, mentor and workshop facilitator who has performed across Australia and internationally. A longtime champion of Drag King visibility, Sexy is also the creator of Behind the Zip, Australia’s first major exhibition dedicated to Drag King history.

Make it a Friday night treat and settle in at Two80 Cabaret on Cleveland Street for the full dinner-show experience.

Enjoy dinner from Two80’s menu, sip on a cocktail and watch the chaos unfold from your table.

It’s dinner, drinks, cabaret and game-show energy all rolled into one fabulous night out.

The event is General Admission, and dinner is ordered separately from the Two80 Cabaret menu on the night.
