In this grounded, inspiring session, we’ll help you lay the foundations for your dream — starting with clarity. You’ll reconnect with what really lights you up, define the dream that feels most right for right now, and map out the first doable steps to get going.

• Clarity on your dream, even if it’s felt fuzzy or hidden

• A step-by-step Dream Plan tailored to your life, energy, and values

This session is all about building momentum that fits your real life. Whether you’ve got kids, work, study, or just a full plate, we’ll show you how to make consistent progress toward your dream — without the pressure to be perfect.

You’ll learn how to create sustainable habits, protect your energy, and keep going (even when it’s slow). Because steady progress you’re proud of beats giving up every time.

You’ll walk away with:

• A realistic plan to fit your dream into your everyday routine

• Strategies to stay consistent, even when life gets full or messy

• Time-blocking & boundary tools that support your energy

• Your personal Momentum Map to guide your next season

After helping 100’s of women connect with their dreams through her workshops, it broke her heart to see too many women not follow through, simply because the busyness of daily life got in their way. Over the past 5 years she has refined a process that takes the overwhelm out of planning and makes it possible to make progress on your biggest dreams, regardless of what season of your life you’re currently in.
