Real AI Recruiting Tech in Action - Show, Don’t Tell!
Event description
We’re making this one practical. We love the hype and all, but we love showing you how things WORK, more 🤩.
With Ashby as lead sponsor, one of the most forward-thinking HR tech companies in the space, this IRL meetup brings together real operators and real tools to show how AI is being applied in recruiting workflows right now.
👉 The session features live demos, collaborative activities, and conversations that focus on proper (implementable) use cases.
We’ll also host a large-scale community 🎨 art piece and idea wall to capture how Berlin’s hiring community sees the current and future role of #AI in talent acquisition.
What’s happening:
🥳 Talk 1: Together with Sam Wright we will look at “From Outreach to Experience: A Chatbot Experiment,” Sam shares insights from using AI to approach a recruiting case study. The focus is on using AI not just to automate but to enhance creativity and (hyper)personalisation in hiring.
🥳 Second slot: Then, we will run a live (😳) interview and we will have a closer look at what’s this whole fuss about AI Notetakers.
We hope to empower the audience, to inspire them and to encourage them - to go back to the office on Monday and scream and shout about how they need to use an AI Notetaker starting…Tuesday!
🎨 Collaborative canvas: A live artwork led by Ilinca Barbato (PaintNow) visualising where talent, tech and human insight intersect. Attendees can contribute throughout the evening.
➕ Idea wall: Participants will also be invited to write down use cases, product gaps or questions about AI in hiring. These will be photographed and featured in a Talent Crunch Substack Playbook edition after the event.
