Real and Raw AF - Embodied Women's Circles
Description
How are you, really?
Not the socially acceptable answer.
Not “I'm good.”
Not the version of you who has it all together.
Not the woman who has already processed, healed, released and found the lesson.
The real you.
The pissed-off you.
The tired you.
The turned-on you.
The grieving you.
The joyful you.
The messy you.
The woman who doesn't fu**ing know.
The woman who wants more.
The woman who is completely over pretending she's okay when she's not.
After a year away, I'm bringing my women's embodied circles back….
and this time, we're getting RAW AF.
This is a space to take off the mask.
To come out of your head and into the truth of your body.
To explore what you're actually feeling, wanting, needing, holding back, longing for and not saying.
Through embodiment, movement, somatic exploration, reflection, connection and honest conversation, we'll create space for whatever is actually here.
There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing you need to have figured out before you arrive.
Just you. As you are.
Because embodiment isn't about becoming some more evolved version of yourself.
Sometimes it's about finally being honest enough to say:
“This is where I'm at.”
And letting that be enough.
This is for the woman who is ready to:
- get real with herself
- feel what she's been avoiding
- reconnect with her body
- express what hasn't had words
- explore her desires, edges and boundaries
- be witnessed without needing to perform
- remember that she doesn't have to do it all alone
Raw. Real. Embodied. Human.
Come exactly as you are.
