With over 15 years’ experience as a Clinical Psychologist, Malinda Guest has spent her career helping individuals, families, and communities navigate the real challenges of mental health.
Known for her down-to-earth approach and deep expertise, she’s passionate about breaking down stigma and focusing on people’s strengths.

Meet David Westgate – Mental Health Advocate & Lived Experience Storyteller
After a 35-year career in advertising, all while navigating the rollercoaster of Bipolar 1, David now dedicates his life to starting conversations that matter, about mental health.
David runs courses for Lifeline, is a Master Mental Health First Aid trainer, and spent over a decade speaking for the Black Dog Institute. While he’s worked with big names like Shell and Glencore, his real passion lies in supporting regional and rural communities.
David will bring his raw, relatable story and years of advocacy experience to the panel, offering real insight into resilience and mental wellbeing.
