Sitting in circle with Cacao we will welcome in the new cycle through a guided meditation, anchoring in this energy with a nourishing Yin practice alongside the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls during your final moments in savasana. Finding connection in community with tea and snacks served afterwards.
