Rebalance your energy field breathwork workshop has been created with intention of clearing, activating, and grounding the energy.
We will be using the techniques of pranayama and kriya breath techniques rooted in Himalayan kundalini Vedantic tradition. This practice can be used as a daily practice, weekly or you can come back to practice any time.
The nature of the design of this practice will allow you to break it down into three parts if you choose to.
In this workshop we will cover:
Breath awareness vs Conscious Breathing
Healing nature of Breath Practices
Initiation to the practice
An in-depth explanation of the Benefits of each technique
Using a daily spiritual practice as a tool in your awakening journey
you will also receive pdf and video recording on the practice so you can use as a guidance and help with practices.
