Join us for a Kundalini Yoga Rebirthing Experience that will assist you to make that deeper change that you’ve been asking for. Serenaded by the transcendent soundscapes of Shannon Hayden, we will transport ourselves into a blissful meditative space, where we indeed feel reborn. This all-levels experience, everyone is welcome.

Kundalini Yoga teaches us that if we really want to make a shift and rebirth ourselves into a new season— we must start with the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is the “garbage bin" of the psyche. It holds unprocessed thoughts, emotions, and desires from our entire lifetime! When it’s overloaded, we feel a constant and intense pressure that can lead to out-of-character actions, and unwanted habits.

Even if you have a regular practice of clearing the subconscious mind, sometimes a more powerful and different approach is needed for that deeper energetic shift. Kundalini Yoga offers unique practices that, in a relatively short time, can bring to the surface and release whatever has been holding you back. Break free from repetitive patterns and experience the profound shift that allows you to feel fully alive and free.

Innovative performer Shannon Hayden has carved a distinctive niche in the music world, touring globally for over a decade with her unique setup: a 19th-century cello enhanced by modern amplification and electronic modifications. Her sound, deeply rooted in classical music, has been equally shaped by a lifelong passion for experimental soundscapes. Despite a foundation in classical cello training, it's her unconventional upbringing that has profoundly influenced her musical journey.
