Event description

Have you seen or heard about breathwork?
Maybe you have seen all the videos of people deep in processes on Instagram and Facebook and thought to yourself that’s way too messy and it has turned you off wanting to try breathwork at all.
Let me tell you there is another way, a gentler way of relaxing ourselves and allowing our central nervous systems a chance to stop, recover and rest.

Rebirthing Breath-work is a healing modality that uses conscious connected breathing which induces deep relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness.

Rebirthing Breath-work, is the ability to breathe Energy as well as air.
It is the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself.
When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe, it’s here in this “safety” we can access old memories, trauma’s etc and allow ourselves a chance to release energy blockages and tension being stored in the body.
It can give you the opportunity to see clearly the unconscious thoughts, beliefs and conditionings that have influenced your life until now and liberate yourself from old stories and awaken to who you truly are.

Most Commonly Experienced Benefits of Rebirthing Breathwork

Increased clarity, joy and vitality through releasing everyday stress and tension
Deep relaxation and calm, nervous system regulation
Gentle yet powerful release of trauma and suppressed emotions that compromise health and hold us back
Understanding and releasing early childhood and birth imprints, patterns and memories
Deep insights and intuitive guidance from the inside
Connecting with the deepest parts of ourselves and the Divine - the Oneness experience
Moving through energetic and physical blocks
Liberating the breathing mechanism from shallow, inhibited breathing patterns
Super-oxygenating the body and alkalizing the blood
