REBIRTH A Winter Solstice Immersion through Cacao, Breathwork, & Sound Healing

Gather together ahead of Winter Solstice for an immersive evening of breath, sound, and ceremonial cacao. Winter Solstice is a powerful time to embrace rebirth and renewal and go inwards.

Let the warmth of ceremonial cacao lead you into an inquiry into your heart's intentions. Breathe your own medicine and illuminate any visions in the light of love through a deep Breathwork experience. We will travel deep into the portal of our highest wisdom through the gentle, yet potent power of Embodied Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to open up to the highest dimension of truth and let that fill every cell in our being.

A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, Shamanic Drums, Hangdrums, Wind Chimes, Vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

• Yoga Mat
• Water bottle

• Anything else you want to be comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc...). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.

This technique is not recommended for people diagnosed with epilepsy or schizophrenia. Please speak to Destiny if you are considering coming and have any of the mentioned conditions. Modifications may be pre-arranged or private sessions may be suitable.

Destiny Wolf is a Transformational Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, and Ceremonialist. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help you feel nourished, connected, and empowered in your wholeness and belonging. She hosts community events to help you connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.
