💫 Why These Modalities Work
Transformational Breathwork
Breathwork alters the body’s chemistry by lowering carbon dioxide levels and activating deeper parts of the nervous system that are usually suppressed by overthinking. This bypasses the analytical mind and allows the body to complete stress cycles that were previously stuck. As oxygen floods the system, energy and emotion begin to move again, releasing stored trauma, clearing old energetic blocks, and recalibrating the body’s natural rhythm.
Movement + Somatic Release
When we shake, tremor, or move intuitively, we activate the body’s innate stress-release mechanisms, the same way animals discharge adrenaline after threat. Shaking, stretching, and expressive movement signal to the body that the danger is over, restoring regulation to the nervous system. It’s not performance; it’s biology. Movement anchors the new neural patterns created through breathwork, helping integration occur both physically and emotionally.
Sound Healing
Sound operates through vibration, the most fundamental language of the body. Frequencies from singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks entrain the brain into slower wave states (theta and delta), guiding the body into deep parasympathetic rest where repair and regeneration naturally occur. On a subtle level, sound helps retune the energetic field to coherence, aligning the body back to its original state of harmony.

My sessions with Dee have been immensely healing, motivating, and truly transformative. About Dee
Dee Paryce is a trauma-informed life coach, breathwork facilitator, musician, and sound healer who is currently completing her Master’s in Counselling. With over five years of experience guiding clients through transformation, Dee integrates psychology, breath, sound, and emotional release to help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they have learned to hide.
Her sessions offer a space where it feels safe to feel, where emotional processing is normalised, and where hyper-vigilance can finally soften. Healing with Dee is not just a concept but a lived experience. Known for her grounded presence and deep empathy, she meets people in the places they cannot face alone and holds them with a steadiness that invites genuine transformation.
Driven by a fascination with human motivation and the psychology behind why we think, feel, and act the way we do, Dee’s approach bridges science and soul. Late comers will be turned away once the breathwork has commenced.

It is advised to avoid eating a large meal before the session, as breathwork can feel uncomfortable on a full stomach.
