This class is for folks who identify as tops, givers, or providers—who might struggle with receiving, asking for what they want, or feeling deserving of care and pleasure. Together, we’ll unpack how all of life's influences can make receiving feel vulnerable or “off-limits,” and explore somatic tools, guided prompts, and discussion to help you access more ease, clarity, and confidence in intimacy.
