Recharge in nature - a 3hr forest therapy immersion
Description
This deeply restorative forest therapy experience is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit, inviting you to slow down and really recharge.
Based on the principles of 'shinrin-yoku' - the Japanese practice of forest bathing - you are invited to explore the environment through a series of observations and activities.
This is not a hike or a nature walk, but a gentle, sensory based wellness experience.
Each session ends with a reflection circle, shared snack and a simple tea 'ceremony' to offer our gratitude to the forest.
Maximum 10 people.
What to bring:
Water bottle
Comfortable closed shoes
Clothing suitable to weather conditions
A sit mat (optional) - we will be sitting on the ground at times
