This is a 6 week Pilates and Coaching Program - a deep dive into recharging your body and mind

Tuesday Evenings 6. May - 10. June 6pm - 7:30pm

Including:

A safe space to BE and Breathe

* Pilates

* Stress-reducing tools and techniques tailored to your personal needs and relationship with stress, helping you feel supported throughout the program and empowered to manage it outside of our safe environment

* Mindfulness and meditation
