Event description

Recharge Your Leadership:
Tackling burnout culture and owning well-being at your workplace. "Why this matters:
In the face of growing pressures and challenges, exhaustion, fatigue, and burnout are becoming increasingly common in individuals and organisations worldwide. As leaders, it's more important than ever to support the wellbeing of our staff, but we can't do this effectively if we're not taking care of ourselves first.

What to expect:
This workshop takes a deep dive into the core dimensions of wellbeing - physical, emotional, organisational, existential - with a particular focus on leadership.

Through exploring your personal values, you will piece together practical strategies for renewing your internal energy, so you can recharge, replenish, repair, and restore, becoming a more effective leader, partner, and friend.

By the end of this workshop, you'll have a better understanding of the importance of recovery, along with actionable steps to combat burnout, and how to own well-being as a leader at your workplace.

Who this is for:
Owners, managers, senior staff, and anyone wanting to develop their leadership skills, or understand more about how to improve general well-being at work."

The Facilitator:

Kelly Watkin combines her backgrounds in hospitality, education, and youth development with her passion for yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She develops international curricula and facilitates workshops nationwide, emphasising the importance of awareness and connection. Kelly’s sessions are warm and supportive, equipping participants with tools for daily life.
