Building Regenerative Communities Through Reciprocal Gifting

Regenerative communities rely on many different forms of contribution — from organising and facilitation to creativity, care and practical support. Yet recognising this diversity and coordinating across communities can be challenging, often leaving valuable contributions invisible and communities working in isolation.

What if we had a flexible way to recognise, value and reciprocate all forms of contribution?

In this webinar, we’ll share four years of community experiments at OHM exploring how such a system could work in practice. We’ll introduce our free web app and show how we used it at OHM Gathering 2025 to recognise and coordinate a community’s diverse contributions, and then reciprocate that value by gifting back to people in proportion to the value they created.
