We all have needs, and sometimes the clues or even the solutions are right around us. ‘Reciprocity Rings’ leverage the idea that within a group, someone can help you take the next step, and you might just have what someone else needs too! 

  

Think of a professional need you haven't yet resolved and bring it to the group. Even if you don't have a specific need, come along to pay it forward to your ODA peers.
