RECLAIM

A 3-Night Immersive Retreat for Women Ready to Return to Themselves

March 11 -14 - 2027

Yanada Retreat | 1741 Saint Albans Rd, St Albans New South Wales 2775

RECLAIM is an immersive three-night women’s retreat held on the lush grounds of Yanada Retreat.

Rachel and Nikkiema have come together to create a deep, delicious, and playful container — one that is sacred, trauma-aware, and carefully held… and also alive, curious, ecstatic, and a little wild.

This is a space for women ready to slow down, reconnect, and come home to their bodies — not just gently, but fully.

Across four days and three nights, we gather in a consent-rooted container that honours nervous system safety, personal agency, and deep respect for each woman’s pace and boundaries.

We will move between stillness and aliveness.
Ritual and laughter.
Tenderness and power.
Sacredness and play.

We have been told by many in our community that they have been craving a space like this — something deeper than surface connection, more embodied than talk alone, more real than performance.

Sydney… we’re here to give you a taste.

To quench that thirst.
To meet that hunger.
To create something potent, curious, and unforgettable.

What We’ll Explore

This transformational women’s retreat weaves together:

• Nervous system regulation and relational safety
• Embodied awareness and somatic listening
• Guided breathwork journeys to access altered states and expanded presence
• Ritual and ceremony to mark transition and transformation
• Reclaiming pleasure as vitality, aliveness, and intelligence
• Exploring sexuality as embodied energy — grounded, consensual, and self-led
• Archetypal exploration — the parts of us that have been suppressed, shamed, silenced, or deemed “too much”
• Shadow work in community — gently illuminating the layers that prevent us from experiencing the joy, intimacy, and pleasure we desire

• Tantric Meditation and altered states
• Play, curiosity, and ecstatic expression
• Deep rest, integration, and nature immersion

Our erotic and emotional shadows are often shaped by culture, family, fear, and expectation.

Desires for freedom.
For surrender.
For power.
For softness.
For wildness.
For being seen in our fullness.

Many women carry shame or confusion around these energies — fearing they are “too much” or “not enough.”

At RECLAIM, we approach these archetypal energies with reverence, consent, humour, and curiosity. When we bring light to the hidden parts of ourselves, we often discover gateways to love, confidence, pleasure, and deep self-knowledge.

All practices are invitational. You are always encouraged to participate in ways that honour your body, your capacity, and your boundaries.

Some practices may include optional nudity within clearly facilitated, consent-based spaces. There is never pressure to remove clothing or engage beyond your comfort.

No prior experience with retreats, embodiment, breathwork, sexuality spaces, tantra, or ritual spaces is required.

Temple Night – Closing Ceremony

On our final evening, we gather for a facilitated Temple Night.

This is a ceremonial and playful space rooted in consent, reverence, self-expression, and embodied presence.

Temple Night invites exploration of connection, sensual embodiment, archetypal play, curiosity, and aliveness — always within clear boundaries and trauma-aware facilitation.

It is not performative.
It is not obligatory.

It is about feeling.
About choice.
About honouring your yes and your no.

Sacred and ecstatic.
Grounded and wild.
Held and free.

Rachel (she/her) is a proud Aboriginal woman and trauma-informed psychotherapist, somatic sexologist, and tantrika who works at the intersection of science, spirituality, and sexuality. Living with disability, she brings deep lived experience to her work — honouring the intelligence of the body, the resilience of the nervous system, and the power of erotic expression as a pathway to healing.

With a background in Process-Oriented Psychotherapy, erotic embodiment, and nervous system science, Rachel supports individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and inner truth. Her approach integrates breath, movement, self-pleasure practices, and relational energetics — always grounded in compassion, consent, and respect for each person’s unique pace and story.

Rachel has facilitated immersive workshops and intimacy education, guiding people to return to pleasure, expand their emotional and erotic range, and feel more fully alive. She recently spoke internationally in the United States at a leading Sexual Health event, sharing her work on coming back to pleasure in the body, trauma-informed eroticism, and tantric pathways to aliveness.

Nikkiema
(she/her) iis a Somatic Sexologist drawn to shadow, sensuality, and embodied transformation. She guides individuals and groups to the edges of experience, holding sacred, consent-rooted spaces where curiosity and presence meet. Through her work, people are invited to reconnect with themselves and others, cultivating self-awareness, embodied aliveness, and a fluid understanding of desire, power, and intimacy.

Blending somatic practices, psychological insight, and the language of the body, Nikkiema illuminates unconscious patterns and supports people in stepping into a fuller, more conscious expression of who they are. She designs experiences that honour both vulnerability and strength, offering a safe space to explore tension, pleasure, and the subtleties of connection. Her approach is playful, provocative, and transformative, where growth is felt as much as understood, and presence becomes a doorway to profound personal insight and erotic freedom.
