Carolyn is the owner and founder of Empowered Happiness and has helped thousands release negative emotions and trauma assisting them to transition to a more fulfilled and happy life. She uses a multi-disciplinary approach and works on a multi-dimensional level. She is a Kinesiologist, Brain Gym Consultant, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Holistic Counseller, and HeartMath Practitioner as well as a Meditation Teacher. She is also a corporate speaker, workshop facilitator and international author of Empowered Happiness, Discovering Bliss Beyond Depression, the Magical Moments Journal and the world’s first Kinesiology “Kinesi” Cards . And recently birthed IllumiLiminals™, which are powerful guided visualisations designed to empower your life.

Carolyn is on a mission to help people live a fulfilled life with real and lasting happiness and is especially passionate about helping those who have hit their rock bottom as she has personally overcome the lows and disconnectedness of depression, the anxieties and stresses associated with corporate burn out and the emotional rollercoaster of navigating through breast cancer. She has studied many different healing modalities and continues to develop her skills, integrating them into her life and creating programs for her clients to empower more people.

Jo Fisher

Jo is a Transformation and Leadership Coach, who understands firsthand how powerful it can be to shift from self-doubt to self-assurance. Once nicknamed ‘the Mouse’ for her quiet, nervous demeanour at networking events, Jo’s journey had led her to become an avid networker, award-winning Facilitator, Trainer and Area Manager for one of Melbourne’s largest networking groups.

Drawing from years of experience and a deep understanding of physiology and human behaviour, Jo helps women break free from self-doubt, calm their inner critic, and step into unshakeable confidence. Her approach blends mindset shifts, behavioural change, and simple action steps that cultivate sustainable change.

Daniyela Rob

Daniyela is a Womb & Fertility Massage Therapist and Menstrual Cycle Coach with a passion for supporting women in reconnecting with their true selves. She believes deeply in the power of our cyclical nature and how understanding it can help us live and love more in tune with who we are and the natural world around us.

Daniyela’s work is intuitive and heartfelt, drawing on her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy, Chiron Healing, Reiki and Nursing. Her work is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself, to reclaim your inner power, and to embrace the beautiful rhythm of your body and soul.

Elizabeth Farrell

With over 27 years of experience in the Wellness Industry, Elizabeth is passionate about empowering women to move beyond stress, overwhelm, and limiting mindsets. Her work is centred on helping women reconnect with their deeper Soul selves, uncover their unique purpose, and unlock their blueprint for prosperity and fulfilment — manifesting their true potential.

Throughout the past two decades, she has studied with Shamans, Native American Elders, and Australian Aboriginal Elders, integrating their wisdom into her work.
